2019

  • Acquisition: In September, it was reported that  Sumitomo Chemical Company Limited had acquired Nufarm Limited’s South American crop protection and seed treatment operations in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia and Chile ("Nufarm South America") for $1,188 million cash.
